Timing
JEZZR workouts consist of short segments, making it essential to transition between exercises promptly. While the Studio screen provides guidance, it is not sufficient on its own.
As a trainer, it’s your responsibility to direct and motivate participants to switch exercises at the appropriate time.
Tips
- Anticipate Upcoming Exercises: When a segment is nearing its end, briefly introduce the next exercise. Count down the seconds leading to the transition, and once the new exercise begins, repeat its name. Waiting to announce the next exercise until it has already started may cause participants to miss the initial moments, leaving them little time to adjust.
- Prepare Participants: Inform participants about the next exercise in advance. Start providing detailed explanations of the exercise once the segment begins to minimize confusion.
