Studio screens

On the Studio screen are displayed:

  • The instructions (left)
  • The timeline (bottom)
  • Group performance data (right)

Instructions

The left side of the screen shows the current exercise, the exercise coming up next, and the remaining time of the current exercise. The latter is also represented by a shortening line.

Timeline

The bottom of the screen displays the workout timeline. The orange segments represent warm-up and technical exercises. Gray segments represent short breaks in between, or hopping on and off the rowing machine. Red segments represent more intense exercises on the rowing machine. Blue segments represent exercises beside the rowing machine.

The height of each segment is determined by the intensity of the particular exercise. For example, the red segments may involve rowing at a high pace or with a lot of resistance.

Group performance data

The right part of the Studio screen displays diverse group performance data. Which data are shown depends of the programmed screen type:

  • Avg. stroke rate & split
  • Power meter
  • Meter competition
  • Power total
  • Stroke rate
  • Time/distance race

In the average numbers all data are calculated of the active machines. If a machine is inactive during more than 10 seconds, the data of this machine are no longer calculated.

Which screen is programmed is visible in the 3rd line of the training outline in the training viewer (more info). Below you find some explanation per screen type and some tips how to work with it.
