Motivation
Motivating participants throughout the workout is one of the trainer’s most important responsibilities. You are tasked with encouraging individuals to achieve new personal records and surprise themselves with their performance.
Tips
- Utilize the data: Refer to the data displayed on the studio screen (for more information, see “studio screens”) or provide personal coaching using an individual participant’s screen.
- Use your voice: Build energy and excitement with your voice, motivating participants during the more intense portions of the workout.
