Execution

  • Lie on your stomach with your knees bent and slightly wider than hip-width apart.
  • Put your feet together.
  • Pulses your feet up and down using your glutes. Your knees will lift off the ground.

  • Keep looking at the ground
  • Use your glutes to lift your knees.
