Frog glute lifts
Execution
- Lie on your stomach with your knees bent and slightly wider than hip-width apart.
- Put your feet together.
- Pulses your feet up and down using your glutes. Your knees will lift off the ground.
Points of attention
- Keep looking at the ground
- Use your glutes to lift your knees.

PROGRESSION
Add a hold at the top.
REGRESSION
Make the movement smaller.
