Creating a training

  1. In the main screen press  Add training
  2. Enter a  Title
  3. Press  Create
  4. If needed, adjust the  duration  of the training
  5. Fill the timelines with segments, using the  building buttons  above the timelines
  6. Press  Save  and once ready, press  Publish

Settings

In this box a description of the workout can be entered. This description will be displayed in the training viewer and the Control app. Below the description the volume of the music during rest segments can be set.

TIP

In the Description box, enter a training ID#, describe the focus of the workout, the equipment used, attention points for the trainer, the level of intensity, the type of workout, the dates it was used, etc.


Import

With this button, timelines from another training can be imported. First select a training and then the timelines you would like to import in your new training. When importing timelines, the original timelines will be overwritten.

TIP

Import the training timeline from another training and (after extending the duration of the training) restructure the workout by moving sets of segments around. This is an easy way of creating new trainings.


Copy

By selecting segments on the training timeline and pressing the Copy button, the structure of the workout is copied to the selected timelines below.

TIP

First build the training timeline (the structure of your workout), then copy the structure of the workout to the other timelines. Copy, merge and delete segments with the buttons below the timelines to easily add effects, music and screen features to your workouts.


Undo

By pressing this button, you undo your last action.
