About Jezzr

At Jezzr, workouts are designed to be highly effective, immersive, and accessible to everyone.

Born in 2019 at RowStudio Amsterdam, Jezzr was created to deliver dynamic, team-focused workouts. Developed and tested in real-world settings across multiple RowStudio locations, Jezzr has continuously evolved to meet the needs of both trainers and participants.

With input from workout scientists, athletes, and developers, and shaped by feedback from over 30,000 participants, Jezzr has become a versatile, results-driven fitness platform. After years of practical refinement, Jezzr is now ready to support studios worldwide.
